I am an experienced and highly organised professional with a strong background in compliance, stakeholder management, and process improvement, currently working as a Vetting Supervisor. With a BA (Hons) in Graphic Design and a Level 3 Diploma for Managers, I bring a unique combination of analytical thinking, leadership, and attention to detail.
In my current role, I lead a team responsible for delivering high-quality vetting services, ensuring compliance with national standards and legislation. I have extensive experience in producing detailed reports, conducting performance analysis, and forecasting demand—skills directly transferable to managing compliance dashboards, balance sheet reconciliations, and supplier statement reviews. I am confident in identifying inefficiencies and leading transformation projects, having successfully introduced new processes that improved accuracy and consistency across our operations.
