  • Company Overview: Network Homes is currently merging with Sovereign Housing. Network Homes own and manage 20,000 homes across London, Hertfordshire and the South East.
  • To develop, lead and implement all marketing activities.
  • Work with the sales team to deliver leads and achieve sales targets.
  • Developing marketing strategies and implement them.
  • In conjunction with the Sales Managers prepare, implement and maintain effective sales material.
  • I am responsible for a range of marketing campaigns from initial concept ideas through to launch date which includes briefing agencies to produce brochures, advertising, sales websites, CGI’s, photography and hoarding.
  • Effectively use digital channels.
  • I work with an external PR company to generate press releases; we look at different angles to attract journalists.
  • Social influencers to sell the lifestyle and the development.
  • Utilise the show apartments in the best way and organise open day events.
  • I manage two Marketing Officers monitoring their performance and ensure that targets are achieved.

  • Company Overview: Genesis provides homes and services throughout London and the South East. Genesis is part of the G15 group, which represents the 15 largest housing associations and current owns or manages over 45,000 homes.
  • Attract and retain potential leads through engaging and responsive integrated B2C marketing campaigns.
  • Project management – responsible for a range of marketing campaigns from initial concept ideas through to launch date.
  • Preparing marketing briefs and communicating this to a range of external agencies – media planners, PR agency, design agencies, interior designers, photographers, website agencies, event organisers and signage companies.
  • Ensure that the marketing collateral was targeted appropriately to the audience in terms of brand positioning and tone of voice, as well as complying with Housing Association guidelines.
  • Responsible for producing a range of different material – brochure, leaflets, posters / billboards, POS, signage, emails, video, advertisements online, offline and radio.
  • As campaign manager I had to make sure the marketing activity was carried out cost effectively and followed a schedule within the agreed timescales.
  • Regularly update copy and photography on the company website and external websites such as Zoopla.
  • Developed events plans for housing shows that we have participated in.
  • I have had to engage services to deliver the event successfully, build microsites and monitor the success of the event.
  • Regular meetings with external agencies to discuss results and evaluate marketing activities.
  • Monitor and measure the success and effectiveness of the marketing, website through Google analytics, and promotional activities to see how successful the lead generation was and whether the objectives were being met.
  • I would need to judge if the key messages were working or if the campaign needed to be adjusted.
  • Results were reported through CRM which I updated on a regular basis, to allow continuous assessment of a campaign and to record the response and ROI.
  • I was also responsible for pulling off data from CRM to use for email campaigns.
