I started with Heron Foods in 2021 as Part-Time sales assistant before gradually working my way up to Senior Sales Assistant and finally Duty Manager.

My duties include opening and closing store, meeting store standards to ensure store is in high compliance condition for next day of trade. Up holding polices and procedures such Data Protection, Health and safety, and manual handling to prevent workplace incidents. Being able to support, guide and reassure staff. Ability to work along side contractors and keep strong rapport . Regulate stock to follow health guidelines improving overall satisfaction for customers and higher management. Leading my shifts with confidence and resilience.
