Summary

My dad was someone who grew up with nothing and he built up education, family, and work and managed to create his own financial business.

From someone who was once poor to someone who is as successful as I ever. I have never been more proud to be his daughter.

He inspired me to get into the financial business and always supported me.

I have worked for him for over a year now and it has grown me as a person and has extremely taught me new things and experiences that I never knew about.

My role was to advise any type of help, I managed accounts and helped people make the right choices.

I provided legal information and help, helped customers open accounts, credit cards, passports, and insurance numbers, apply to vote, and have a provisional driver's license, and a lot more.

I worked for people of many cultures and I translated for many Brazilian as I know the Portuguese language fluently and a little bit of Spanish.

  • I provided service with care and documented all client interactions and firm activity within the client relationship management system.
  • I intended on helping clients who do not know English to understand the financial aspect of things and help them every step of the way to get them to where they needed.
  • I supported clients and got to know them and made them feel safe and comfortable.
  • I never discriminated against anyone no matter their choice as I believe it is the only fair thing to do, I was patient and calm with my manager and was eager to keep on learning from him.
  • And lastly, I managed to help a lot of people who were stuck, I helped get them to vote, and create credit cards, passports, insurance numbers, driver's licenses, and many more. which in the end put a smile on their faces.

I do like financial jobs, but I also like Relationship building and management, taking care of the elders, and helping communities who need the help

I love Financial Advising but I work well with people and would not mind working in retail or sales or even restaurants, because I believe there is finance in everything And I do not mind handing out a hand

I use to take care of my grandma when she had cancer and I always had the experience of babysitting and taking care of others as I always put them first before me So I do have a lot of experience in taking care of others

I also have studied BTEC Health And Social Care, where I managed to obtain a lot of skills including the 7 care values contributing to the Physical, Intellectual, Emotional, and Social aspects of things

I got distinctions in all my components, which resulted in me getting a grade of DISTINCTION STAR ( D*)
