  • Supervise and mentor a pod of three lawyers with varying levels of experience, supporting their progression from Associate Property Lawyer through to Senior Property Lawyer.
  • Each lawyer manages a high-volume end-to-end caseload of 50+ pre-exchange files in addition to a separate post-exchange caseload, handling all aspects of the transaction from instruction through to completion and registration without a legal assistant or offshore support.
  • Act as the senior escalation point for all technical queries across the pod, including complex title matters, ID and source of funds issues.
