Organised, empathetic and purpose-driven, with a background in digital project and account management and a growing focus on mental health. I’ve spent the last few years leading projects, managing client relationships and working across teams - building strong communication, problem-solving and organisational skills.
I’ve completed my Level 2 Certificate in Counselling Skills and start Level 3 this autumn. I’m also training as a Shout crisis text line volunteer. These experiences have deepened my understanding of the challenges people face and strengthened my drive to help create change at a systems level. I'm now looking for a role where I can bring together my strategic mindset, empathy and communication skills to make a meaningful impact.
