I pride myself on being an approachable "people person" who has excellent communication skills due to experience of conversing with individuals on a multitude of levels and backgrounds. I am empathetic and have a vast array of work experience, leading me to be tenacious in seeking solutions to problems and applying analytical knowledge to findings. I am a trustworthy and responsible individual who is a dedicated team player and have demonstrated success and results across different roles in my career journey.
My role at Tatton is varied to say the least! I can be processing invoices one minute and then creating Marketing documents the next. I am also responsible for much of the HR function and this also covers the payroll duties.
Key responsibilities:
My main role at Pixel was to support the Sales Director and team in generating new revenue streams within the digital signage industry. This was a fast-paced environment in a niche area which required strong relationships with key industry stakeholders. I also had to collaborate with the Marketing team to develop targeted sales strategies. Daily duties included team administration of the CRM software and updating pipeline/forecasts. I was also required to prepare quotes for new business prospects as well as more formal responses to tender documents.
This role was working within an FCA regulated debt collection agency based, specialising in financial service debt recovery. During my time at Lawton Hathaway I had the opportunity to develop and transfer my skills whilst challenging myself to immerse in an industry of which I had no prior knowledge. My can-do attitude, dedication and commitment to the business meant I gained key-holder responsibilities and supervised junior members of staff.
I worked in a fast-paced client-facing role where I managed a ledger of accounts for a large commercial lender. This required an organised and professional approach with high standards being imperative. I typically managed and liaised with 40-50 business owners on a daily/weekly basis, to negotiate payment plans for funds owed to our client. This required careful precision in the upkeep of customer records using the CRM system.
I am also required to work on the consumer side of the business should the need arise. This has given me greater depth of experience within collections, where it is essential I always remain calm and poised when communicating with any difficult clients or in stressful situations.

During my time at Loreto, I was responsible for delivering the Computing curriculum to the whole school. This required precise planning for each year group, teaching pupils across the ages of 3 to 11. I was also responsible for staff training sessions which enabled them to use IT to enhance their daily lessons.
Key strengths/skills:-
This was a voluntary position, with the key focus on raising funds to enhance the learning opportunies for both schools which my daughters attend(ed). In addition to this, it also enabled the school community to come together to socialise and celebrate key events in the school year.
