A prompt and courteous service for the guests with cleaning as you go and food and beverage replenishment.
Resetting of the restaurant in a timely manner for the next service.
Bar and barista trained.
My current work setting has a more boutique hotel vibe with Six bedrooms and requires a more personal service and additional duties which include:
Unlocking the premises and preparing the building to create an appealing experience for the guests, paying attention to temperature, lighting and music.
Relevant paperwork, such as temperatures and date labels.
Housekeeping tasks and general cleaning.
Reception services.
I have relevant food safety knowledge, including allergy awareness
I have extensive bar experience and awareness of licensing laws and enjoy barista work as I am Barista trained
I have experience waiting tables and am comfortable upselling
I regularly use the electronic ordering system and Micros
My time working in the hospitality industry has exceeded 25 years and I try to always be approachable, well spoken and efficient
