In my previous job roles I have experience in management, good leadership skills, good communication and delegating skills. however I am also compassionate, caring and have empathy for others. I have cared for my cousin who has multiple disabilities and mental health needs. And I care for my mother who has multiple illnesses.

My lived experience I feel will help me in my future job roles which consists of caring for and meeting the needs of adults with disabilities/mental health with dignity and respect.

I also have my own lived in experience in supported living, and have a good understanding of key working/wellbeing sessions. I would love the opportunity to reach the goals the company has in place to help others with their own individual needs, taking a person centred approach.
