Key Highlights & Responsibilities

  • Following their Series B raise, I was brought into support the scaling of the business from 60 to 100+ emhployees.
  • Owned Tech hiring (included Engineering Managers, Fullstack Engineers, DevOps, QA Engineers). Also hired in Product, Commercial, Clinical and Ops.
  • Worked with SMT to design org strctures and forecast a hiring plan.
  • Values based hiring - collaborated with Hiring Managers to build efficient interview processes and create appropriate tasks for assessment.
  • Data reporting - monitored and introduced new features to our Recruitment Tracker (built in Notion), to track TTH, TTF and forecast offers and start dates.
  • Employer branding - redesigned job ad formats and created content promoting employees for Linkedin.
