• Expatriate payroll creation - established teamwork and an efficient process
• Preparing cost estimates and presenting them to the business
• Advising the business on tax/immigration implications of upcoming/potential GM moves
• SME for the team on UK immigration - advising the stakeholders of changes to immigration policy/right to work process

• Prepare assignees for going on and returning from international assignments
• Liaising with Global payrolls for monthly assignee pay splits and annual bonus process
• Managing the GM annual salary review process
• Project lead for Global Employee share purchase plan - ensuring that all eligible employees were included and that we were compliant with each countries rules/regulations around shares
• Project lead for annual EMEA region salary review
• Completing assignee permit applications
• Creating reports/presentations for regional team meetings/project team meetings
