INTERESTS

Since moving to the UK, I have developed a strong interest in languages and am currently studying towards the Spanish Higher Intermediate (B2) qualification. I also enjoy staying active and am a regular member of the University Volleyball Society, where I take part in both training sessions and social events. Playing team sports has taught me the importance of communication and collaboration, which are qualities I believe are equally valuable in a professional environment.

Accomplishments

  • Duke of Edinburgh Award (Silver and Bronze), 2018 – 2019: volunteered as a tutor, took a leadership role in my group by allocating tasks, as well as taking part in the route planning of the threeday hike expedition. The journey proceeded smoothly and safely
  • Language Leader Award in French and Spanish, 2019: prepared and delivered two lessons in a foreign language to a class of younger pupils in my school. Enhanced my leadership skills, as well as my confidence in public speaking.
