- Monitoring performance in PUD activities & analyzing RCA with CAPA on a periodic basis for first, mid and last mile activities in East region.
- Driving FDDS, FTR, EDD, ASL performance in East region. Working on backlogs and clearing NOINFOs in system till network closure.
- Identifying capacity constraints and ensuring resolution within set deadline through proper plan of actions.
- Working closely with key accounts management for key clients like VFS, banking sectors and DHL Express Limited for Import/Export shipments.
- Guiding internal customers for documentation part regarding export shipments on different aspects like mode of clearance, country wise and item wise regulations.
- Monitoring OTM / BYOD utilization (digital pickup, delivery) towards real time data along with GPS capturing in DP & International products.
- Handling confidential movement, maintaining stringent SOP with cost analysis for both pickup & deliveries to ensure profitable business.

- Oversee the work of supervisors to ensure adherence to the operational workflows and standard operating procedures (SOPs) for banking sectors, value added services and import/export related shipments.
- Streamlining any changes, new compliances within deadline pertaining to domestic and system/tools and customs related changes.
