I operated in a team as part of the Stock & Delivery department, ensuring stock arrives into the warehouse and shop floor in an orderly manner. I used my knowledge of the company and it's products to answer customer queries and offer both solutions and alternatives to their inquiries. In this role, I adapted to working within fast-paced and stressful environments.

As an agency employee, I was flexible in how I conducted myself across different roles in the catering industry. I developed communication skills and was able to manage conflict as a restaurant waitress. As a kitchen porter, I maintained good time-management and cleanliness, allowing other kitchen staff to carry out their duties uninhibited. I have also been able to stay calm and decisive when handling customer queries as a till cashier. Throughout all positions i worked effectively in a team to deliver the best service possible.
