555 PWM LED dimmer

In this project we will do the implementation of the things we have learnt earlier about multisim, Utiboard, PCB design, manufacture and testing.
We will design an amplifier to show the application of electronic system design in real world. We will also understand the complexity of the circuit which we have designed.
Electronic design software is a convenient way to get design ideas drafted on the screen instead of paper. It serves as means to create professional PCB layouts for large scale production.
We will also analyze the ways to resolve the issues related to making the circuit. For the given assignment we will design a 555 PWM LED dimmer.
We will construct a simple and easy LED dimmer circuit using 555 IC for LED strip lights. IC 555 is very commonly used and is mostly used in devices such as timer, oscillator and generation of pulses.

Light activated switch

The aim of the project is to design the circuit of simple light activated switch documenting the design, testing and PCB implementation of an electronic device that can switch on and off according to the light level.
Light activated switch is a simple way to demonstrate that we can switch on or off electrical load appliances (lights, fans etc.) automatically instead of operating the switches manually.
With the help of circuit, an electrical device or an appliance, can be controlled based on the intensity of the light near the circuit.

The role of electronic design software has greatly evolved over the years. While it still serves as a basic tool for schematic and PCB design, the software now goes beyond its prior limits to offer aid in other areas of the design lifecycle in the field of technology.

Startup Success Predictive Analysis

MOTIVATION-
Startups forms a very crucial part of economy. Funding of startups is an important factor.
Investors are not sure whether to invest in a particular startup or not. To achieve a win-win situation for both the investor and the startup.
PRINCIPLE USED -
Schumpeter's theory of development assigns paramount role to the entrepreneur and innovations introduced by him in the process of economic development. “Carrying out innovations is the only function which is fundamental in history”. He also accented that It is entrepreneurship that ”replaces today’s Pareto optimum with tomorrow’s different new thing.”
ANALYSIS AND METHOD-
Machine learning is an application of artificial intelligence (AI) that provides systems the ability to automatically learn and improve from experience without being explicitly programmed. Machine Learning can be Classified into Supervised, Unsupervised and Reinforcement Learning.
We apply predictive modeling on preprocessed data using various Machine Learning Algorithms.
After modeling, we obtain various parameters which helps us in predicting the performance of our algorithm and in turn our product.
Next, we measure performance of each model using various performance measures and then compare all the applied methods using the same.

Women safety android application

Personal security has always been a major concern for women in India, various potential solutions have been discussed on how technology can be incorporated to solve the problem.
Technology only covers a part of larger picture and a larger social transformation is required.
We have designed an android app which can INSTANTLY alert the guardians (along with user location) whenever the user is in an emergency situation.
It can be triggered just by shaking the android device in which the app is installed.

Bluetooth based Home Automation (LED Lighting System)

You can independently control the lights in your ceiling according to this project. Because of the Bluetooth module that is connected to the Arduino, they can be controlled by a smartphone. The 7-inch touchscreen display can be used to control the dimmer values.

There’s even a custom-made user interface with Bluetooth search functionality.

The main goal of this project is to create a home automation system utilising an Arduino board with Bluetooth that can be operated remotely by any smartphone running the Android operating system. Houses are becoming smarter as technology advances. The traditional switches in modern homes are rapidly giving way to centralised control systems with remote-controlled switches. Currently, it is difficult for the user to approach standard wall switches because they are dispersed across the house. The elderly or those with physical limitations find it even harder to do so. With smartphones, a remote-controlled home automation system offers the most cutting-edge solution.

Remote controlled home automation system provides a most modern solution with smart phones. In order to achieve this, a Bluetooth module is interfaced to the Arduino board at the receiver end while on the transmitter end, a GUI application on the cell phone sends ON/OFF commands to the receiver where loads are connected. By touching the specified location on the GUI, the loads can be turned ON/OFF remotely through this technology. The loads are operated by Arduino board through optoisolators and thyristors using triacs.
