Following the successful involvement in the initial SAP S/4HANA rollout in Germany, I progressively became a key reference figure for the Group SEDA Rollout program.
Due to achieved results and strong trust built with both local and Group stakeholders, I was extensively involved on-site, spending 2–3 weeks per month in Germany throughout the project duration.
Based on this experience, I was immediately involved in the UK rollout, formally positioned as PMO / support to the local Project Manager, while effectively acting as Project Manager, serving as the main operational and decision-making reference, including for local Finance leadership (CFO).
This role marked the transition from single-country project execution to Group-level SAP governance and rollout coordination, supporting the evolution of a standardized SAP template across multiple countries.
Key responsibilities and contributions include:
Group-wide SAP S/4HANA rollout program (SEDA), covering multi-country implementations across Germany, United Kingdom, North America and Portugal
Acting as Group Project Reference, with full ownership for UK rollout and strong initial leadership on Germany deployment
End-to-end responsibility on SAP standard processes covering:

Coordination of external system integrators and internal business stakeholders, ensuring alignment between Group standards and local requirements
