- Following the successful involvement in the initial SAP S/4HANA rollout in Germany, I progressively became a key reference figure for the Group SEDA Rollout program.
- Due to achieved results and strong trust built with both local and Group stakeholders, I was extensively involved on-site, spending 2–3 weeks per month in Germany throughout the project duration.
- Based on this experience, I was immediately involved in the UK rollout, formally positioned as PMO / support to the local Project Manager, while effectively acting as Project Manager, serving as the main operational and decision-making reference, including for local Finance leadership (CFO).
- This role marked the transition from single-country project execution to Group-level SAP governance and rollout coordination, supporting the evolution of a standardized SAP template across multiple countries.
- Key responsibilities and contributions include:
- Group-wide SAP S/4HANA rollout program (SEDA), covering multi-country implementations across Germany, United Kingdom, North America and Portugal
- Acting as Group Project Reference, with full ownership for UK rollout and strong initial leadership on Germany deployment
- End-to-end responsibility on SAP standard processes covering:
- MM (Materials Management)
- PP (Production Planning)
- PM (Plant Maintenance)
- Planning & full Data Migration
- Coordination of external system integrators and internal business stakeholders, ensuring alignment between Group standards and local requirements
- Governance role within Steering Committees, project status reporting, risk management and milestone tracking
- Direct coordination of two internal resources and external consultants
- Acting as functional and operational reference for all local project contributors

- I’m used to work in a Team, even eventually composed by persons from different nationalities, and to coordinate resources in order to act in respect of budget and scheduled dates
- My previous experience in consultancy led me to give great importance in achieving the objective and to develop governance attitude in main important activities in a projects, that is: project breaking down in activities and milestones, resources (both internal and external) coordination, deliverables definition and project progress
- Everything above described must be based on a Team concept, which is extremely important to me Working on a Team in which there is respect and trust make easy the achievement of objectives and also easier to face stressing period which always occur
