Responsibilities

My responsibilities were for the management and service delivery on a daily basis, including; managing staff, budget control, reporting and ensuring the performance of good practices, finances and resources within my service. I worked closely with commissioners, statutory and non-statutory agencies to ensure positives outcomes were achieved for our residents. I promoted the objectives of the organization, particularly ETE, diversity and equality. Constantly ensuring that policies and procedures were being followed and staff were up to date with all relevant training to enhance performance and personal development. Promote and protect residents Health, Welfare and Development within the service. I attend professional meetings, resident meetings and commissioners meetings. I reported on Referrals, Voids and arrears, carried out void inspections and raising works orders for repairs. I reported and monitored live Safeguard cases, Health and Safety and Fire Safety. Over saw casework management of resident's files, reviewed resident Support plans and Risk management plans.
