Providing business finance and financial planning support to Alternatives business managers and other business stakeholders across Infrastructure, Real Estate, Private Equity and Private Credit businesses:

• Working as part of the global FP&A team with a focus on strategic planning for the new business line - Private Credit - in light of the firm's global revenue and cost targets. Monthly financial forecast updates for the business, financial planning for strategic business initiatives at the business, regional and legal entity level.
• Responsible for the review and substantiation/verification of the quarterly financial plan updates for the Private Credit business
• Responsible for the review and substantiation/verification of the quarterly updates on Capital Forecast plan in liaison with the Infrastructure and Private Credit Business Managers with a particular focus on pipeline co-investments
• Responsible for the global balance sheet bookings accuracy of the firm's co-investments and the respective global Co-Investment Reporting, and management information for the firm's Capital Investment Committee in compliance with the regulatory limits
• Preparation of quarterly Real Estate AUM reporting/management information for various stakeholders including Sales/Coverage, Marketing and Communications departments
• Review and approval of month end Flash/Actuals reporting for Alternatives business at the global and legal entity levels (UK & Luxembourg)
• Review of management fee, transaction fee and performance fee calculations, review and approval of month end cost close. Monitoring of aged debtors and invoicing processes.
• Preparation of the annual UK ICAAP (ICARA) reporting for UK legal entities covering Alternatives business lines in line with FCA regulatory requirements.
• Preparation of the HGB Impairment review for the UK legal entity reporting.
• Assisting with the statutory, regulatory, SOX and CAAS audit in a team with the UK CFO, liaising with external auditors and leading offshore team in delivering audit requirements for the UK legal entities
• Other responsibilities include balance sheet substantiation, for the UK legal entities, review and approval of daily FX sell-offs, recovery of fund related expenses, review and sign-off of UK legal entity dashboards/management information to the UK boards
• Automation of various reporting processes leading to improved accuracy, transparency and efficiency of the internal reporting and processes.

• Managing monthly controller's review process
• Providing necessary support to move relevant DB Charges to DBCM Platform
• Communicating the change in the process to all relevant stakeholders
• Liaising and leading discussion with key and senior stakeholders such as KPMG auditors, DWS finance managers, DB Infrastructure FDs, DWS Treasury/Tax/Legal, offshore financial reporting team
• Ensuring that appropriate service relationships are maintained from both tax and legal perspectives
• Leading change initiatives to enhance the processes and improve the accuracy of reported financials
• Assisted and actively participated in the closure of the SII on MSA Control Framework - DB Charges Documentation (DWS Controller Team completed the SII closure well ahead of the deadline)

• Building up specific knowledge of key cost lines in DWS from an accounting and process perspective for DB Charges to DWS for the provision of services across all Infrastructure functions globally
• Performing monthly financial controller's review process (Created own process/reporting and key controls for DB Charges enhancing the cost control processes in DWS Finance)
• Creating necessary oversight capability for financial process outsourced to DB by controlling the charges implementation process via cost allocation SAM Tool (Coordinated the creation of relevant reference data, implemented, monitored and maintained SAM Allocations process to ensure accurate financial reporting and DB charges in line with DWS finance managers' expectations)
• Liaising with key and senior stakeholders such as KPMG auditors, DWS finance managers, DB Infrastructure FDs, DWS Treasury/Tax/Legal, offshore financial reporting team

• Quarterly rotations in Infrastructure Change, Treasury Finance, Treasury (Liquidity Management) and Business Finance (X-Asset - Rates)

• Conducted the analysis of the performance of investment portfolios using Morningstar software
• Assisted in financial planning for clients using Voyant Cash Flow Modelling software
• Produced technical documentation from investment companies on various types of investments including OEICs, Unit Trusts and Fixed Income
• Ensured documentation compatibility with compliance and regulatory requirements
