Actively encouraging students to attend to avoid detentions and give them guidance and encouragement. Implementation of behaviour guidances with support from detention team with zero tolerance for poor behaviour during the club. A proactive Keyworker to SEMH and ADHD students with EHCP plans in place. Regular interactions with parents and guardians by telephone, email and meetings to give perspective of learning and development needs and potential improvements. Assist with school trips ensuring safety of students is always a priority. Record all safety and welfare concerns that may come to light. Attend weekly SEN staff meetings. Cover for enrichment rooms in staff absence.
Providing Secondary School supply support for various schools in Lincolnshire area. 1:1 invigilating for vulnerable students not in school working with Teachers to ensure JCQ regulations are met. Reader-scribe work.
Working independently to collect swab and blood samples from households in the Cambridgeshire and Lincolnshire areas for testing by ONS as part of a Government Funded Survey to investigate and produce a vaccine for the virus

Working remotely as part of a Team to contact people Nationwide who have been in contact with people who have contracted the Covid 19 virus. Recording vital information for the NHS database and providing advice and support on self isolation and websites for further information.
Supporting the school during Mock and GCSE exams. Leading a team of 7 invigilators. Giving clear and concise instructions to Candidates, taking Register and completing all administrative duties pertaining to the JCQ examination procedure from start to sending off the exam papers.
