• Coordinated information flow to ensure consistency in billing documents.during property sales
• Ensured timely billing with meticulous record-keeping skills.

• Helping billing queries of both Retail and domestic users
• Revaluation of what was commercial and Domestic rateable values
• Taking meter readings and sewerage queries.
