As a Duty Partner, I am responsible for overseeing and managing all areas of the branches operation as well as the partners on a day to day basis. Responsibilities of this role include;

  • The delegation of required tasks to Partners, ensuring maximum productivity and achieving the best results, whilst also empowering partners to take ownership of their duties
  • Coaching and developing Partners to maximise their skillsets, allowing partners to embrace and champion their duties and responsibilities to achieve their maximum potential and effectively contribute to branch metrics such as CSAT
  • Regular check-ins with Partners across the branches operation, including Food Service, Payment and eComm and offering support as and where needed whilst also maximising Partners productivity and wellbeing
  • Support and Host visits from Third-Party Auditors or contractors, such as Lloyds, , EHO or CBRE and effectively communicate with the branch anything that is required
