I am a passionate Senior Resource Manager who loves organizing Creative Teams, providing effective process and enabling a flow of high quality work to be produced efficiently.
My background in Resource Management spans over 5 years working with a wide range of sectors including within the WPP network. Recently, my roles have taken me into a variety of communication and healthcare specialist agencies.
As a Senior Resource Manager, I believe being organised, improving process, and effective ways of working will always enable a team to achieve its potential.
Senior Resource Manager EMEA - Africa/Middle East Operations
Was extended from April until September 2025 to support with a second maternity cover within the Africa Team. This position focused on the revenue, absence, timesheet, as well as other key performance metric reporting for 50 people within the Africa business.
For the Middle East, support was needed to help plan the day-to-day tasks for the creative team to support billability reporting and more rigorous process.
Highlights:
- The extension from April 2025 - September 2025 was made by specifically by the Africa business based on the value delivered by the Senior RM during the previous maternity cover.
Senior Resource Manager EMEA (Maternity Cover)
Managed Graphic Design Teams totalling 27 creatives across the region. This included the timesheets, IR35 assessments for any freelancers, sourcing talent when the teams were over-stretched, being a key point of contact for senior creative/discipline leads in addition to managing the daily bookings singlehandedly.
Highlights:
- Being universally recognised for the positive impact being delivered. This feedback was received from multiple people across a variety of levels across a variety of departments.
- Being extended twice. Once at November 2024 and for the second time from November 2024 until April 2025.
Senior Resource Manager - Technology/Design
This role was originally freelance cover to help manage the monthly planning of the Client Services Team of 60 team members within the Technology department at Edelman UK.
Due to experience gained in previous positions, the responsibility of planning, managing process for a team of 12 Graphic Designers in Germany as well as being a trusted advisor for senior creative leads up to CCO level was added to the role.

- Was converted to a FTC based on the value delivered to both the Germany and Technology Teams.
After having worked for WPP for seven years, I wanted to do freelance and contract work to take a more entrepreneurial approach to my career.

This was my first job out of university and was promoted within 6 months. I went on to hold the following roles within the agency.

- Delivered 120+ assets for a single multi-stage social media video campaign for Ford Belgium in Belgian French and Flemish.
- Rolled out a £50k coffee campaign for Philips across Digital, Social and Video for Switzerland in both French and German.
- Project Managed the delivery of a complex £100k project for Philips Oneblade.
- Implemented the global introduction of a company-wide internal cloud software system for Hogarth.

Currently studying Afrikaans as my family are from South Africa originally and I wanted to deepen my connection to the culture.
I also love to hit the gym as a way to decompress after the working day and make sure I am robust enough to handle the stresses that life throws at me.
