In this hybrid role, I oversee the development and management of the Post-Production's Growth Team, which consists of Motion Designers and Editors who are at an earlier stage of their careers, and therefore have more scope for skill enhancement and job progression. This is balanced with my ongoing responsibilities as a Motion Designer, creating ads for a wide variety of clients, and managing multiple deadlines and business needs simultaneously.

• Developing and mentoring Junior & Lower Middleweight Motion Designers, tailoring training to enhance their motion design capabilities.
• Guiding and supporting team members, empowering them to meet internal standards and achieve client satisfaction.
• Fostering a collaborative learning environment, encouraging knowledge sharing and skill development among team members.

• Developed compelling visual stories by editing raw video footage.
• Applied internal and client feedback, maintaining a clear and professional line of communication both within the team and with external parties.

• This role was made redundant in August 2020 due to the impact of the pandemic.
