Reporting directly to CEO and MD, I lead Energy division, with full responsibility for commercial performance, strategic direction, and delivery of complex infrastructure and renewable energy projects. My role is central to company’s long-term growth in battery storage, solar, and grid connection sectors.

• Direct multi-million-pound portfolio of BESS, solar, and ICP projects from pre-construction through to energisation and handover.
• Spearhead strategic growth of energy business unit, securing new clients and expanding market presence across UK.

• Secured £40million in new JV with existing client for second 150MW BESS Project on adjacent land
• Defined early project scope, negotiated better supplier payment milestones and task allocation to establish and maintain clear progress plans and fund allocation with investors.
• Secured Energisation dates with National Grid whilst leading management team through ICP compliance process and attaining joint commissioning panels authorisation for DNO connection in Q1 2025
• Recruited and mentored new O.E management team, leveraging their previous experiences in boosting project progress.
• Achieved high client satisfaction through negotiating more favourable contract terms with Principal contractor in duration and cost efficiencies. Saving £2.5million on contingency to date.

• Delivered £19 million contract to construct new POC substation for new residential development for new client PowerOn including install 15km of 33kv cables across North London and connect to Neasden National Grid Power station.
• Controlled expenses and business outgoings to remain within cashflow targets. Creating efficiencies wherever possible.

• Directed quality completion of Civil and Utility projects, ensuring clients specifications were consistently adhered to through close working relationship, experience and managing 30+ workforce at various levels.
