  • Average weekly sales went from £12,7k to £19.4k and achieved a record £21.5k week whilst there.
  • After a short time the restaurant had massively improved and heading in the right direction, I was asked to take on the flagship restaurant in Borough.
  • In charge of the busiest restaurant in the company with a turnover (pre-covid) of £2.7M.
  • Achieved weekly sales of £55k weekly during Christmas.
