I am a hardworking professional with many years of experience in hospitality. This includes much time spent in front and back of house management, kitchen management and cellar management.


I am a dedicated and motivated worker who enjoys being challenged. I am good at working under my own initiative and setting myself tasks and goals, as well as working collaboratively within a group. I've been in my current workplace now for eight years, but feel as though its time to start a new chapter in my life.


Whilst working in hospitality I ran my own business, brewing beer. I learnt a lots of skills during this endeavour, managing production, finances, marketing, among other things.


Outside of work I have many interests that include film and television, Cooking, sports like the NFL and football. I also enjoy being social occasions with my friends and large family.
