I would consider myself as a diligent, caring, happy, go lucky character, who enjoys hosting & socialising, especially when a BBQ is involved. In my spare time, I tend to keep myself busy, whether it's spending time with friends or exploring the nooks & crannies of the English Countryside with my fiancé, 4 month old son & German Shepherd or gardening. I also enjoy setting myself cycling challenges, time permitting.
I've always enjoyed aviation. When I was younger I had aspirations of becoming a fighter pilot as we had a family friend who had fascinating stories to tell from his days flying the F4 Phantom. This lead to a trail flight out of Bournemouth Flying Club.
From the moment I secure my first job, my goal was to save enough money to commence flight training. In 2019, I started training for my PPL(A) with BCFT (Bournemouth Commercial Flight Training), where I met some truly inspirational people. At that moment, I became more focused than ever.
I am looking for a first officer position which offers me diversity, challenges & variation, creating a foundation I can nurture & develop over time.
I believe Draken's core value are well suited & align with mine; I enjoy a well structured, strong, co-ordinated team ethos.
Given the opportunity to be part of a highly reputable team, conducting critical operations, would be an honour.
