I have achieved the efficient deck hand qualification as well as the navigational watch certificate. I possess a strong capacity to lead as well as work independently to high standards. My adaptability and ability to perform under pressure have been tested both overseas and in the UK. I demonstrate commitment and leadership by collaborating with new team members and engaging in problem-solving. I have significant experience in upholding high sea safety standards and ensuring equipment maintenance to facilitate safe ship operations. My motivation lies in personal development and fostering growth within my team. Throughout my service, I've been responsible for ensuring all personnel are equipped with lifejackets, liferafts and much morel. Conducting weekly maintenance checks, and have engaged in various duties, including firefighting, damage control and managing the onboard paint shop. My efforts have contributed to bringing four ships out of refit while showcasing reliability and effective communication.
