  • Monitoring all electronic documents, workflow and communication of information - log and save all documents for projects
  • Managing and controlling copies of the latest approved documents and drawings are given to the appropriate staff, subcontractors and suppliers as applicable
  • Generating and distributing document management reports and registers upon request of the project information management lead

  • Uploading, downloading drawings, scanning and uploading received hard copy documents, maintaining up-to-date drawing files and registers, collating and issuing of drawings and tender packages;
  • Filing all hard copy documents in appropriate folders and keeping up-to-date drawing and document registers
  • Quality Assurance of all documents before transmitting to clients or subcontractors, and updating statuses on all documents
