I have worked as hospitality staff at the Stockwood discovery centre, Wardown and Hat Factory museum to help cater to people’s expectations and needs, therefore I am able to understand how to greet to customers and treat other colleagues. I am also experienced in working in three different venues and adapting to each layout as well as expectations and protocols. I’m a fast learner and can work with anyone in the team. In my span of working here I have learnt to; Make coffees, Reset tables, Explain menu’s and work out solutions for allergy/preferences, wash up and polish cutlery, run food and take orders all with great customer service. I have worked through busy hours and I'm experienced in switching roles when needed. I also covered peoples shifts when emergencies happened and still always managed to be on time with a fair attitude and efficient work ethic.

Greeted customers and helped give advice on phone cases, chargers, cables, devices and more. I was also in charge of setting up the displays of latest devices onto windows and keeping the environment clean and organised while talking to regulars.
