I am currently a parts advisor for Vauxhall and looking to use my skills and knowledge to start a new challenge.

This role has enabled me to learn valuable skills. I have knowledge of Automotive parts and merchandise as well as having a great understanding of Kerridge. My duties include:

• Handled high-volume parts, service and repair enquiries.
• Advised customers on prices premium parts and accessories.
• Applied positive customer service approach to increase satisfaction levels.
• Served customers to drive sales and deliver top-quality experiences.
• Displayed energy and enthusiasm in fast-paced environment.
• Documentation and record keeping, keeping detailed records of parts transactions, maintaining accurate inventory and generating reports.
• Monitoring the inventory with Kerridge communicating parts updates and availability to our customers over the phone or by email.
• Recommendations and advise to customers and technicians.
• Offering exceptional customer service.

During my time at ZF I learnt many skills. I am a very quick learner and soon learned how to use a variety of machines and equipment to manufacture car parts for BMW, Volvo, VW, fiat etc. I worked really well with in a team which is essential in this line of work.

I always ensured the daily targets were completed and was praised throughout for my hard work and dedication.

My role and responsibilities included:

• Followed work orders to sort items destined for storage, production lines, or shipping.
• Maintained tools, equipment and machinery in good working order.
• Recorded production and operational data using standardised methods.
• Troubleshot faulty equipment and tools to help maintain resources in working order.
• Complying with health and safety codes.
• Hitting specific targets while producing top quality outcomes.
• Maximised productivity with proactive planning.
• Monitored machines to detect malfunctions, bottlenecks or damage.

I worked for a recruitment agency with a company named boxes and packaging. This was a temporary role which set me up for the skills needed in my next role. My duties included:

• Using appropriate tools and techniques to complete the required job for the machine.
• Prepared packaged products for dispatch.
• Completed packing tasks with consistency.
• Adhered to health and safety regulations.
