I am self-motivated individuaI with experience of implementing personal support which focus on individual's welfare, needs and interest. I have worked mainly with people with learning disabilities and I am very much committed with my job. I am always focused on giving high standard of care to every people I support. I always maintain positive attitude towards everyone I have worked with, people I supported and their families.
