. Communicating with customers via email and telephone when issues arise with cleaning, appointment dates, additional services and booking customers in for cleans and scheduling.
. Helping out with the sales departments KPIs and logging customers into the system, taking payments over the phone, logging payments onto accounts and what services they require.
. Speaking to technicians on a daily basis making sure the day runs easily and smoothly for them, sorting out any customer confrontation, and dealing with routing problems/sat nav issues.
