An accomplished Accuracy Checking Pharmacy Technician with extensive experience, having worked in both community and hospital pharmacies for over 14 years. Providing outstanding levels of patient care in a high-energy environment, with continued attention to detail.

During my time in community pharmacy I have developed a wide range of skills allowing me to approach all situations with care and compassion whilst being efficient and effective to complete the job in hand.

I have a vast knowledge of the repeat prescribing process and how this can benefit those who use this service aswell as the time it saves for both the patient and the GP surgery.
I have valuable experience in supervising trainee members of staff and also managing team members in the daily running of the workplace.
As a previous patient safety champion I am aware of the great necessity in ensuring the task in had is completed to the highest standard with no room for errors in this field of work.

As a senior pharmacy technician one of my main duties is medicines reconciliation and medicines optimisation to ensure the patient received what they need whilst also working with the required protocols outline to reduce wastage and work to targets required within the setting.

I am currently looking for a new challenge having both experience within community and hospital pharmacy would allow me to excel within this job whilst also allowing me to challenge myself more clinical knowledge. I believe i have a large amount of transferable skills that would allow me to excel within this job whilst also learning more to further improve my knowledge and provide me with a challenge
