My role includes providing personal care, preparing meals, companionship, domestic tasks, administering medication and continence care.

Other responsibilities include liaising with the care co-ordinators, families, GPs, OTs, District Nurses, and other carers. Keeping detailed, comprehensive care records, adhering to individual care and support plans and risk assessments, managing crisis situations as well as planned intervention.
