Summary

After graduating with a Sports Therapy degree, I started my own business, Manual Therapy NI, treating patients with injuries and pain management. While that business was growing, I worked as a classroom assistant. Working alongside teachers I provided interactive lessons and educational support to students. This has helped me develop my organisational and management skills particularly with students with behavioral problems.
What I learned from these two jobs I continued to develop within my care assistant role. I helped improve the daily independence of the client through assistance in daily tasks, promoting optimum wellbeing and comfort.
In July 2019 I joined the Police college. I completed the difficult selection process, including various assessments and exams, demonstrating patience and good decision making under pressure and then graduated to become a Police Constable.
In my role as a Constable I have helped keep the peace particularly through mediating tense situations. I gave advice and reassurance to individuals, with the aim of fostering good community relationships. I developed new investigative skills and excellent problem-solving capabilities that were reflected through positive engagement with the community.

Skilled Production professional adept at setting up, maintaining and operating machining equipment. Excellent knowledge of Kongsberg and JWEI products, with expertise in machine troubleshooting and product inspection. Well-organized and highly productive with superior teamwork and communication skills. Versed in reading and interpreting blueprints and schematics.
