I started as bar staff and I proudly earned a promotion. My role consisted of:

• Handling bar operations, delegating tasks to my staff.
• Providing a positive environment for staff and customers with a friendly yet assertive approach.
• Organizing stock inventory to prevent shortages during peak hours.
• Achieving financial goals through up-selling to customers.
• Leading by example in providing customers with a professional service.

Working for the classy restaurant based in Soho, my roles consisted of delivering excellent customer experiences by maintaining consistent, attentive and a timely customer service.

My role consisted of managing incoming and current stock while also greeting customers and offering assistance with selecting merchandise, finding accessories and completing purchases.
