Summary
My time as a volunteer retail assistant during my A-level studies gave me the experience of dealing with customers, both the good and the bad, and has given me experience in talking to customers and managing their needs even during busy hours. It has given me the experience in being able to confidently talk to and work for anybody. My time as a storeroom assistant was spent both in the warehouse moving stock and in the storefront with customers. It has given me experience in working with heavy loads and experience with the functions of a warehouse.
