Sam Clode-Round

As a crew member, my responsibilities are stretched from front counter, serving the customers, to kitchen, dealing with the operations of the store. In my time at McDonald's, I have:

• Won the Employee of the Month Award twice because of my 'hardworking attitude', and the fact that I am always happy and available to help and support other crew members, managers and, of course, customers. This sentiment was echoed in both my 2024 and 2025 annual reports.
• I am trained in all areas on the restaurant floor, as well as the corresponding maintenance tasks for each piece of equipment. I am familiar with the flexibility needed in a kitchen role and learning new processes quickly to apply them immediately.
• I have given support to team members who are newer to the job, helping them to get to grips with the store systems and the work environment. This is just a small example of both my ability as a team leader and as a team member.
