I am currently on the final year of studying mechanical engineering at the University of Lincoln. This is a very challenging and competitive course that I have worked hard to be apart of, from where I have learned many key industry skills, undertaken many laboratory experiments, completed challenging assignments on time constraints and had tours round the siemens energy workshop.
To fund myself throughout University I began working at Wise Living and McDonald's. Working at Wise Living I was working within a team, organising and managing various tenancy documents through audits, logging property inspections and contacting contractors to ensure all agreements have been signed.
Whilst working at McDonald's I was a Motivated hospitality worker who thrived in fast-paced settings. Committed to quality and customer service standards. It taught me many new skills, helped me to work effectively in a team, improved my time management and organisational skills all whilst being in a friendly and welcoming work environment.
Also in 2021, was employed at a commercial window cleaning company. This involved initial training on the machinery, and Health and Safety procedures in order to maintain a safe environment for myself and my colleagues at the workplace.
