  • I was left in charge of the class all day without supervision, meaning that I had to make sure that each child was working diligently, as well as dealing with any discrepancies that arose

  • I had to formulate a peer-tutoring program for children that were not able to keep up with the pace of the classes
  • During break time I came up with educational games that fostered greater peer cooperation, especially between those who had friction with each other in the classroom
  • Established the school's library program, where I held a weekly class about the environment and endangered animals.
