Currently working on a digital project. The project which is currently only on a website and does not allow viewing on a dashboard. We are working on usiong a power BI service to host a dashboard that can allow multiple use in different digital gadgets.

Project was to improve the revenue collection points as well as automate the accounting system so that transactions can be recorded and access on real time and to deliver innovative solutions driven by patients needs

This is government project that involves connecting all the land in the state to a central map and linking it to the government site for easy access and determination of appropriate land use charge as well as property tax.

• Mapped business process using BPMN 2.0 to document the ‘as is’ and ‘to be’ processes within manual to automation of system journey.
• Conducted workshop and interviews with business leads, team managers, system analyst (DA) and operation managers to elicit requirements.
• Produced a business requirement document (BRD) and managed Requirement using requirement traceability matrix.
• Led on the collation and processing of weekly system requisitions awaiting approval, working with the town Planning team of engineers to conduct appropriate levels of assurance and governance, recording, and tracking outcomes.
