I offer a unique combination of clinical expertise, business knowledge, and strong interpersonal skills. As an experienced Hearing Aid Audiologist, I have worked across both NHS and private sectors, delivering high-quality patient care while achieving strong commercial results. My experience includes conducting comprehensive hearing assessments, fitting hearing aids, building patient relationships, and contributing to business growth through successful sales and service delivery.
In addition, my Master's degree in Business and Management has provided me with a solid understanding of leadership, strategic planning, operations, finance, and business development. This allows me to understand both the clinical and commercial aspects of audiology services.
My background as a teacher has strengthened my ability to train, mentor, and communicate effectively with diverse audiences, while my experience as a support worker has enhanced my empathy, adaptability, and people-centred approach. Together, these experiences enable me to drive performance, support teams, improve patient outcomes, and contribute to the long-term success of the business.
