I am a highly organised individual with great communication and interpersonal skills and enjoy working independently as well as in a team interacting and liaising with people at all levels. Working for Sainsbury's has enabled me to gain a lot of customer service experience (first and second line) and product knowledge. Having started as Customer Services Advisor and then progressing to a Customer Supervisor followed by the role of Health & Beauty Supervisor, running and managing the Beauty department, supporting customers with their skincare and makeup requirements with an overall focus on giving the customer a really great experience. I have also under taken webinars and supervised new product range promotions within the store, together with the management of the Beauty department, including stock replenishment, deliveries, tidiness and sales. Being a Community Champion for the store has also further developed my skills working with charities, organisations and schools. Currently, working for Entertainer has enabled me to gain a lot more merchandising experience, implementing various planograms in many different stores within strict timelines and given me the ability to analyse complex situations and devise long-term strategies influencing the success of the business.
