Summary

I am a highly motivated, conscientious and skilled educational professional. I have worked as a Pastoral Lead for over fifteen years and pride myself on the difference that I have made to young people and my committed team. I am extremely versatile and have worked with a plethora of professionals and in many different capacities, I have a proven track record of minimising challenging behaviour, improving attendance and supporting young people with mental health issues. I lead and manage a wide team ensuring that I support them to work to the best of their abilities and seek creative solutions outside of the obvious. Through a shared vision and hard work we are able to support and challenge students to be their best selves.
