• Led Southwark Council's decant homes programme within a complex political and stakeholder environment

• Goldman Sachs – programme governance and delivery assurance for headquarters development
• Defence Infrastructure Organisation – capability development of project and technical teams

• Managed capital investment and infrastructure work across prime West End commercial assets, overseeing programmes valued at approximately £250m.
