I intend to pursue a BSc. (Hons) In nursing. This course as I am well informed is in the forefront of computing and technological revolution that has the potential of changing our ways of lives as humans. While in my studies, I will be able to focus on modeling and designing information systems, developing software, web-design technology among others. I have no doubt that this course will provide me with the right skill to pursue my career in the IT world. While in secondary school, I have been involve in various extra-curricular activities such as jet clubs, debating and football. I also enjoy socializing with my fellow students. Now in my final year, I am the health prefect-elect of my school. Some of my favourite subjects are computer studies, data processing, mathematics, physics, biology and chemistry. I am very confident that I will excel in my chosen course of study. As much as I do understand that working independently is a very good trait, I will collaborate with a number of my course mates, do peer reviews to be able to get assessment from the best that I can with my lecturers serving as guides to us. As a sciences student, I hope that my learning will be completely technologically based, so I am willing to be dedicated and focused to learn new skill. I am very good in Biology and I enjoy helping people when they aren't feeling well. A particular incident that corroborated my passion for Medicine is when one of my friends sprained her ankle and couldn't move it. I took her to the school nurse who massaged it for her. Although she couldn't stop screaming, after her ankle was taken care of, she quickly recovered and I felt happy. knowing that she was better. I would like to go into Nursing and Medical sciences because I love the feeling I get when I have helped someone to get better. It gives me immense joy and a sense of self-worth
