Traditionally, OSS and BSS systems have been separate entities within Hyperoptic. OSS focused on the technical aspects of service delivery, such as network management, maintenance and provisioning, while BSS handled customer-facing functions like billing, customer relationship management (CRM), and order management. The transformation from OSS and BSS to ServiceNow TSM platform aimed to consolidate various functions of OSS and BSS into a single platform, providing end-to-end management of services, operations, and customer interactions. This consolidation helped the company reduce complexity, improve efficiency, and enhanced the overall customer experience.

• Orchestrated the project from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with company's objectives and milestones.
• Developed comprehensive project plans with clear timelines, milestones, and budget requirements, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality results.
• Directed the automation and streamlining of critical processes, as well as the systematic migration of data, encompassing key areas such as: Network operations, Order processing, IT service delivery, Workflow management, Customer engagement.
• Conducted in-depth analysis of existing processes to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement within the OSS and BSS systems

As the project manager for the on-prem to cloud migration of 25 local council schools, my goal was to smoothly shift their IT infrastructure and services to the cloud. This aimed to enhance operational efficiency, data security, disaster recovery capabilities, and cost-effectiveness for the council and its affiliated schools. I orchestrated the process to ensure a successful transition, empowering educators and administrators with advanced technology solutions tailored to their needs.

• Developed a comprehensive migration plan outlining timelines, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Led a multidisciplinary team to execute the migration process effectively across the 24 schools.

The implementation of SAP Supply Chain Management was to enhance operational efficiency, optimise supply chain processes, and drive business growth through the adoption of a robust digital supply chain solution. By leveraging SAP Supply Chain Management, Aeristech was able to streamline its financials, supply chain operations, and reporting mechanisms to achieve agility and resilience in its operations. This initiative focused on integrating various aspects of the supply chain, from planning to delivery which ensured seamless coordination and enhanced customer satisfaction.

As a consultant project manager on this project, my responsibilities included:

• Developing a comprehensive project plan outlining timelines, milestones, and resource allocation to ensure the successful implementation of SAP Supply Chain Management.
• Engaging with key stakeholders, including; management, department heads, and end-users, to gather requirements, provide updates, and address concerns throughout the project lifecycle.
• Leading a team of business and data analysts, as well as IT professionals to execute the implementation plan, assign tasks, and ensure adherence to project timelines and quality standards.
• Identifying potential risks and challenges that could impact the project's success, developing mitigation strategies, and proactively addressing issues to keep the project on track.
• Implementing quality control measures to validate the effectiveness of the SAP Supply Chain Management system, conducting testing, training sessions, and post-implementation reviews to ensure smooth operations and user adoption

• Davall Gears is a key player in the manufacturing sector, I was instrumental in the IT transformation programme that involved transitioning from a legacy, in-house developed ERP system to a cutting-edge commercial off-the-shelf solution
• Managed critical aspects of a £2 million transformation initiative, laying the groundwork for the adoption of a new ERP system through strategic planning and detailed analysis.

• Windows Server/Domain Upgrade Project - aimed to optimize IT infrastructure, enhance security, improve performance, and ensure compatibility with the latest software and hardware

Route Reflector Service Migration - The new solution was designed to handle larger volumes of traffic and accommodate future growth, better performance, scalability and reliability compared to the legacy route reflector.

As a Technical Junior Project Manager, my role encompassed the following:

• I led the project initiation phase by defining project objectives, scope, and deliverables for the Route Reflector Service Migration. This involved collaborating with stakeholders to establish clear goals and timelines.
• I oversaw a multidisciplinary team throughout the migration process, ensuring effective coordination, task allocation, and resource management to meet project milestones and deadlines.
• I liaised with external vendors and service providers to facilitate a smooth transition during the Route Reflector Service Migration. This included negotiating contracts, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring compliance with service level agreements.
• I provided technical oversight throughout the migration process, ensuring that network configurations, routing protocols, and infrastructure changes were implemented accurately. In case of technical issues or challenges, I led troubleshooting efforts to resolve them promptly and minimize disruptions.
• I maintained comprehensive documentation of the migration process, including configuration changes, test results, and implementation details. After the migration was completed, I conducted a thorough post-implementation review to evaluate the project's success, gather feedback, and identify areas for improvement in future projects.
