Responsible for supporting the Account Director and Account Manager in the smooth running of the account. Involving the full end to end planning and activation process and ensuring effective collaboration between teams in the agency

We were assigned into groups of 5 and given a task to increase Disney's subscribers from ages 16-44 that don't have children. I worked collaboratively with my team by discussing all of our thoughts and ideas. We split the age ranges and chose social media ads for 16-24 and TV ads for ages 25-44
Problem solving
From the task earlier I was responsible for presenting how we could measure the success of our campaign and contributed to most of the ideas. As an example, I suggested we could check if our subscribers had increased 6 months before the launch of the campaign in addition to using analytics.
Communication
Networking with Publicis Media's current apprentices and executives. Politely asking them questions about their roles and the company. For instance, I asked one of the planners, have you ever been in a position where a client wanted something specific where you thought it wasn't the best approach?
Learning
Learned about each of the steps taken to create media plan such as for the final step is to analyse and optimise campaign performance. I also toured the office building and learned about the internal structure of the company e.g. what agency is on which floor and what they are responsible for.
