  • This Programme successfully migrated/re-built more than 130 end user data processing applications supporting critical business processes(CBP’s) across LBG to a cloud based architecture on Microsoft Power platform.
  • The objective of the programme is to reduce the operational risk for the group while enabling adoption of a cloud based low code no code platform comprising of Microsoft Power apps and Power BI across the group.
  • Of the 130 applications developed and delivered, 45 of them were built on power apps as they had high level of user interaction and varied user journeys. The rest of the applications were data intensive and built on power Bi.

Lead- Open Banking PSD2 & Digital Programmes

  • Programme Lead at PNBIL bank delivering multiple business change programmes critical for regulatory compliance and digital transformation across the bank.
  • Reporting to the COO of the bank, with end to end responsibility including board and steering committee updates.
  • PNBIL UK is an international bank that provides retail banking services to UK customers through 7 branches and online & mobile channels. The bank has a strong portfolio of loan assets in the buy to let and real estate market.
  • Key Change Programmes executed:
  • 1. Open Banking and PSD2 API development project: This is the primary project being delivered for the bank. Phase-1 delivered achieving PSD2 compliance by 14-Sep-2019 with App based strong customer authentication of PSD2 API’s. Helped the bank achieve all key regulatory milestones, including dev portal and sand box implementation, contingency exemption request filing and API go-live deadline. FCA has completed assessment of PSD2 API’s and concluded the implementation was as per regulatory technical standards and granted the bank Contingency exemption on 17-Jan-2020.
  • 2. Payments Automation Initiative: Lead the delivery of two work streams under this initiative:
  • Swift-Cross border Payments automation: This project is for automation of cross border swift messages received from overseas.
  • Faster payments real time integration with RBS: The project objective is to make the faster payments processing near real time by integrating with API’s that RBS is planning to expose.
  • 3. Digital transformation:
  • App based Digital customer onboarding project- To enable seamless app based real time account opening, using selfie based ID verification and KYC.

  • Led a portfolio of projects under the Retail products digital transformation initiative covering Savings and current accounts for newly created TSB Bank under TSB divestment Programme of Lloyds Banking group.
  • Key responsibilities in this role included:
  • Translating change requirements from various business teams in to work-streams and projects
  • Impact assessment and budgeting, Planning, managing supplier work orders
  • Setting up project structures- steering committees, checkpoints, sprint planning & retrospectives, stage gates
  • Financial forecasting and reporting (budget vs spends) fine-tuned to the level of respective stakeholders.
  • Managing project and programme level risks, issues and dependencies.
  • Present portfolio updates for both strategic and Small/BAU change to internal (Lloyds IT) and external (TSB Business) stakeholders
  • Manage day-to-day operational aspects of the portfolio working with digital IT PM’s and monthly digital business release(BR) leads, BA’s, Architects, and business test managers.
  • Manage the live implementation, setting up schedule of events(SOE), review preparedness, secure go decision from all stake holders, keep track of technical implementation, own communication to product owners and other stakeholders, lead post implementation checks and change sign-off by product owners.
  • Projects delivered for TSB:
  • Led the Savings back-book consolidation programme for TSB that involved a series of Branch, Cards and digital changes to the savings products, helping TSB achieve the business objective of a leaner focused savings portfolio with enhanced digital features keeping in mind latest customer behaviour for several legacy savings products. This project was delivered in Aug-2016.
  • World’s Best Welcome(WBW) programme was an account opening process transformation programme for business banking customers, with the objective of creating a separate account opening process in branch and digital channels for TSB
  • Also, delivered multiple digital changes for Classic plus product(Adder) for TSB Bank, mostly enhancements to internet banking features of the product which was one of the most successful current account products in the market.
  • Other projects delivered included regulatory compliance initiatives for IFRS 9 and Payment Account Regulations for international payments.

  • Was a key PM of the Process transformation programme for Lloyds Bank, Group Operations division delivering significant change to Lloyds Bank’s customer facing processes in branch online and telephone banking using the Business Process Automation platform (PEGA).
  • Was responsible for executing multiple projects under the 24-week iterative Agile model that aimed for rapid delivery of 30 Business process changes through seven IT release cycles.
  • Key project delivered during this assignment is ‘Strategic MI’: The objective of the project was to capture customer insight and data across all the transformed customer process and deliver MI reporting across all the processes being built on the BPA platform as part of the process transformation programme.
  • This involved extracting key data needed for business from all the processes being implemented on PEGA as part of the programme, and store it in the group data warehouse, enabling the business stake holders to generate key analytical reports on SLA’s, operator efficiency, process throughput etc.
  • This was a complex project that used Datastage ETL, Data warehouse on Teradata to store data in a dimensional model and SAP business objects to provide reporting capability to Business
